LIGHT IS MORE THAN JUST A PHYSICAL ENTITY…
It moves us, it inspires and it provides orientation. Light is an expression of our emotions and can even be perceived as life itself. On lightlive.com we share everything that we associate with light.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND LIGHTLIVE.COM
The lightlive.com online magazine is a Zumtobel project. Employees from our sales, key account management, marketing, product management and research and development teams, together with partners, experts and external authors, present the world of light in all its incredible diversity.
WE ARE INSPIRED BY OUR FASCINATION WITH THE MEDIUM OF LIGHT – AS WELL AS BY OUR PASSION FOR…
HOW LIGHTLIVE.COM WORKS
LIGHTLIVE.COM brings together inspiring and enlightening perspectives on all of these issues and more. In this way, lightlive.com represents an informative platform where you can quickly and easily find interviews, videos, photo galleries and dedicated blog collections using hashtags such as #limbiclighting and #baumeister.
INTERCONNECTION AND REACH
Users can freely interact with our team at any time on lightlive.com or through our portfolio of linked social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest). We look forward to your feedback.
LIGHTLIVE.COM IS MULTILINGUAL
The lightlive.com site includes content in three languages (German, English and Italian) from an international editorial team that offers an individual perspective on both regional issues and global interests. There is always room in the editorial calendar for topics that we feel especially passionate about.
THE ZUMTOBEL DNA
Art, culture and design are part of the Zumtobel DNA. We report regularly on exhibitions and art projects from around the world.
In spring and autumn we support the launch of our latest products with the hashtag #highlights. We also have a series of exclusive behind-the-scenes features and unique visions into how our innovations are developed.
PARTNERSHIP WITH THE BAUMEISTER MAGAZINE
Other highlights include a partnership with the Baumeister architecture magazine, giving lightlive visitors access to a regular architecture and design column, as well as a collaboration with the Institute of Design Research Vienna (IDRV). We have worked with the IDRV to devise a series of online seminars that examine the future of sustainable design and present the important tools required for a design revolution. Related articles can be found with the hashtags #baumeister or #IDRV.
THE ZUMTOBEL COMMISSIONING EDITORS
To preserve the structure of the blog, a team of Zumtobel commissioning editors post contributions from our external partners online, monitor lightlive content and are on hand to respond to comments and questions relating to the site. Andreas Reimann in Dornbirn is responsible for the German and English articles, whilst Stefano Dalla Via in Milan looks after the Italian part of the site.
